The following information defines how CoeLux S.r.l. (“CoeLux”) will collect and use your personal information to provide services that you may request or when you choose to provide us with your personal information in compliance with art. 13 of Italian Legislative Decree n.196/2003- Italian Privacy Code. The information is only given in relation to the use of “Coelux” website (www.coelux.com) (“Website”) and not for other websites that may be visited by users via links found in the Website.

Information Collection. CoeLux will respect your privacy and will protect your personal information. Generally, you will not be required to furnish any personal information while browsing our Website.

Cookies. To estimate the online presence, CoeLux website may use cookies to log user’s IP address and to determine the path users take on our Website and to identify repeat accesses and uses of our site, but we surely will not link your IP address to your personal information. Cookies are information that could be saved by the browser to the User’s hard disk with the purpose of recording the User’s navigation of the Website, so that every time the User returns to the Website, it may be identified together with the preferences previously made available, if any. Use of Information Collected. CoeLux will not sell or rent - under no circumstances - your personal information. Your personal information will only be used for CoeLux professional purposes in order to fulfill your requests for certain products, documentation and/or services, to send the requested information, to process an order, to conduct a transaction, to manage a job application or to perform market researches. Your data may also be used to send our newsletter via e-mail. Your personal information may be shared with other CoeLux offices. Besides what specified about navigation data, the user may provide the personal data required in the application forms. The failure to provide the data, however, may inhibit your requests to be met.

Disclosure of Your Information to Third Parties. CoeLux's website can contain links to third party websites or web addresses; in any case Coelux will not reveal your personal information to those third parties and shall not be responsible for third parties' privacy policies. CoeLux may share your personal information with its business partners with your consent to better fulfill your service requests.

Securing Your Information. The aim of CoeLux is to take all measures to prevent unauthorized access to or improper use of your collected personal information.. Your Rights. With reference to your personal data treatment, you may exercise the rights provided by article 7 of Legislative Decree n.196/2003, hereinafter included for ease of reference.

Art.7 - Right to access to personal data and other rights

1) The user has the right to get to know about the existence, or not, of any of his/her personal data, even if not registered, and has the right to obtain communication of his/her data in an intelligible way. 2) The user has the right to obtain information about: a) origin of personal data; b) treatment purposes and conditions; c) basic logic used, if data is treated with electronics tools; d) details of the data controller, of the data manager and of the designated representative in accordance with art. 5, para. 2; e) subjects or category of subjects with whom personal data may be shared or subjects who may be informed in their quality of designated country representative or data manager. 3) The user has the right to obtain: a) update, correction or integration of his/her data; b) deletion, change into anonymous form or block of the personal data treated in violation of the law, including that data that does not have to be preserved in relation to the purposes for which they had been collected or subsequently treated; c) declaration that a) and b) above have been shared with those subjects to whom data has been communicated or circulated, with the exception of those cases when it is impossible to proceed accordingly or when the communication requires disproportionate efforts if compared to the rights’ safeguard. 4) The user has the right to oppose, totally or partially: a) the treatment of his/her personal data for rightful reasons, even if data is related to the purpose of collection; b) the treatment of his/her personal data for advertising, direct sales, market research or commercial communication purposes.

DURATION OF COOKIES
