CoeLux® is currently looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO).

CoeLux® is a high-tech company that develops and sells artificial windows that are virtually indistinguishable from real windows. Thanks to the use of sophisticated optical systems, nanocomposite materials and customized-LED projectors, CoeLux products illuminate interior spaces as true windows under the sky and the sun, while those looking through perceive the presence of an infinite space. The company is now entering the industrial phase, with a roadmap to further reduce product weight, size and cost, and so develop luminous windows which stand as an alternative to traditional lighting.

In this context, CoeLux® is currently looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). The selected candidate will directly report to the Founder and CEO and will have the responsibility of elaborating and executing the sales&marketing strategy for global market penetration, e.g. the identification of new markets (verticals and countries), and go-to-market approach. He/she will cooperate at the establishment and communication of the brand identity, developing and executing the online and offline product communication strategy. Concerning sales, the CCO will have the responsibility of reaching the company targets by coordinating the existing sale network and boosting its growth in different channels such as distributors, agents, specification, OEM, corporate-partnerships and e-commerce. He/she should have confidence in defining and managing a marketing planning composed by online and offline advertising elements, lead generation activities, up-selling plans and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has minimum 10 years of sales & marketing experience, maturated preferably in high-tech product companies with a strong focus on innovation themes. International standing, multicultural background, previous experience with architecture and design studies, proven capacity in opening new markets and/or launching of very innovative products and solutions, analytical capacity of identifying product value proposition and return of investment in different countries and verticals are further highly appreciable skills.


  • Definition, management and monitoring of marketing investments
  • Redaction of marketing contents, including specialized contents per different verticals.  
  • Determination and execution of annual gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and verticals; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products; analyzing trends and results; establishing pricing strategies; recommending selling prices; monitoring costs, competition, supply, and demand.
  • Sustainment of relationship with key accounts by making periodic visits; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.
  • Delivery of qualified feedback from the market to the R&D team for optimizing the development of new products

It is also required:

  • Excellent knowledge of English language.
