Junior Sales Account – Design & Lighting Sector

Job Description

CoeLux is looking for a Junior Sales Account with a strong commercial mindset and the ambition to grow in a client-facing role. The selected candidate will build and nurture relationships with architects, lighting designers, contractors, distribution partners and end clients, guiding them in the adoption of CoeLux solutions and actively contributing to the development of new business opportunities in the high-end lighting market.

Key Responsibilities

After an initial period of technical and commercial training, the Junior Sales Account will:

  • Support the sales team in managing the client portfolio and developing new commercial opportunities
  • Handle commercial back-office activities, including offer preparation, order entry and customer follow-up
  • Use the company CRM to update client data, track interactions and monitor sales opportunities
  • Present innovative lighting solutions to architecture studios, designers, contractors and resellers
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports and documentation
  • Participate in industry trade fairs, events and client meetings

Who the Candidate Is / Skills

  • Recent graduate in Economics, Engineering, Architecture, Marketing or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Curiosity for technology and a genuine interest in lighting, architecture and design
  • Languages: Italian and English (fluency in English is mandatory); knowledge of a third language is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital tools (Office, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM platforms is considered an advantage
  • Proactive attitude, results-oriented mindset and motivation to grow within a structured commercial role
