Designing shared spaces around human wellbeing with CoeLux

Designed to celebrate the company’s 60th anniversary, the new headquarters in Cosio Valtellino reflects a strong connection with the local territory while embracing a forward-looking vision centered on people and innovation.

Natural materials such as wood and stone contribute to a warm and welcoming atmosphere, while open and luminous interiors encourage collaboration, creativity, and wellbeing throughout the workday.

Immersive Light for shared areas

To enhance the quality of shared environments, a mix of CoeLux immersive solutions has been integrated into cafeteria and community areas, creating spaces entirely illuminated by the experience of natural sunlight and blue sky. The installation transforms interior areas into visually comfortable and emotionally engaging environments without the need for additional artificial lighting sources.

Everyday wellbeing through light

By bringing the perception of daylight indoors, CoeLux contributes to employees’ wellbeing, helping people feel more relaxed, energized, and connected to nature during everyday activities. The project demonstrates how light can become a strategic element in creating healthier and more human-centric workplaces.
